People.
Technology.
Transformation.

I help organizations navigate the people side of growth and transformation—from HR strategy and organizational effectiveness to HR technology, data, and AI.

I also work with churches and ministries to strengthen the people, systems, and experiences that support their mission.

Positioning

Complex problems rarely live in one department.

  • A people problem can actually be a process problem.
  • A technology problem can actually be a people problem.
  • A data problem can actually be a decision-making problem.

And transformation doesn't happen because a strategy exists on paper. It happens when people, systems, and the business actually change.

My work sits at that intersection. I bring together people strategy, HR, technology, data, and business transformation to help organizations understand what's really happening—and determine what needs to change.

How I work

I don't believe in consulting from the sidelines.

I like to understand what's actually happening inside an organization—the people, processes, systems, data, and realities that don't always show up in a presentation.

From there, we figure out what needs to change, what doesn't, and what it will actually take to make the change stick.

  1. Step 1

    Listen

Time with the people doing the work, not just the deck about it.

  2. Step 2

    Diagnose

Separate the symptom from the thing actually causing it.

  3. Step 3

    Design

Decide what changes, what stays, and who owns it.

  4. Step 4

    Execute

Stay close enough to make the change hold.

Churches & Ministries

Churches are organizations, too.

Churches have different missions, structures, and cultures—but they face many of the same organizational challenges: people, systems, communication, technology, data, and change.

I work with church leaders to explore how those pieces can better support the mission.

People & Leadership

Staff structure, team effectiveness, leadership, volunteer engagement, and organizational health.

Connection & Engagement

Understanding how people move from attending to connecting, belonging, and contributing—and where people may be falling through the cracks.

Technology & Data

Evaluating tools, improving digital experiences, and thinking more intentionally about the data that can help leaders understand their communities.

Operations & Systems

Clarifying processes, ownership, workflows, and systems that help staff and volunteers operate more effectively.

I'm also exploring technology solutions for recurring challenges I see in churches through Aligned.

Founder perspective

Consultant. Operator. Founder.

Alongside consulting, I build and explore new ventures around problems I see firsthand.

That experience gives me a different perspective: I'm not only advising organizations on change. I'm also building things, testing ideas, working with teams, and figuring out how to turn problems into solutions.

About

A little about me

I've spent my career working at the intersection of people, business, technology, and change.

My background spans HR and people strategy, organizational effectiveness, business transformation, HR technology and data, and operations.

I'm particularly interested in the spaces where those disciplines overlap—because that's usually where the most interesting organizational problems live.

Today, I work with organizations through consulting while continuing to explore and build solutions to problems I see firsthand.
